The benefits of apple cider vinegar for hair


 
Apple cider vinegar cleanses your hair and provides a balanced pH to promote hair growth and scalp health. Because it is high in alpha-hydroxy acids, it removes old skin cells from the hair follicles and the scalp.
To use apple cider vinegar, it is best to dilute it in water. If the vinegar is wrong, you may want to strain to take out some of the articles. Add a half a cup of apple cider vinegar to one quart of water. Use this dilution to rinse your hair after shampooing.

There are commercial products on the market that use apple cider and apple cider vinegar as their base. Mixed with other ingredients in shampoos and conditioners, apple cider and apple cider vinegar will also help hair and scalp health, but not to the degree that the fresh, unadulterated, apple cider vinegar will do by itself.
You can use apple cider vinegar rinse every time you shampoo as there are no side effects. You can use it occasionally to help remove product residue as needed or during a change of seasons when your hair might experience dryness or craziness, both which will be aided by an apple cider vinegar rents. Apple cider vinegar is inexpensive, easy to obtain, easy to use, and has noside effects. It has marvelous healing abilities. It's an old-fashioned remedy right out of grandmother's kitchen that brings its time-honored tradition of health to modern hair.
