Job Description :
• Operating tablets manufacturing machines like shifter, Multimill, FBD, RMG, Octagonal Blender, compression and granulation.
• Writing Batch processing records & Log books.
• Reviewing Batch processing records.
• To do proper gowning and follow discipline during the work.
• To do all daily checks & documentation before the start of work & during work (as per SOP).
• To operate the machine as per the SOP of respective machine and to take necessary safety precautions during the work.
• To maintain and improve productivity.
• To carry out and ensure the cleanliness of machine and its surroundings .
• To follow in-process controls during the production as per the current SOP and do the entries in BMR.
• To do the entries in records as per their respective SOP's.
• Maintaining quality standards as per GMP standards.
• Maintaining records and documents for audit purpose.
